More than 24 hours before pickup
Full refund of any advance paid — no questions asked.
Between 6 and 24 hours before pickup
50% of the advance is retained to cover driver allocation and planning costs.
Less than 6 hours before pickup
The advance is non-refundable, but we can reschedule the trip within 30 days without additional charges.
Emergencies
Genuine medical or family emergencies are always handled with empathy — please just talk to us.
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
