Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us on WhatsApp or SMS.

Fares & extras

Quoted fares include vehicle, driver and fuel for the agreed distance. Tolls, state permits, parking, night charges (10 PM–6 AM) and additional km are billed at actuals or as pre-agreed.

Driver hours

Drivers require a minimum 6-hour rest window in every 24 hours for your safety.

Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or acts beyond our control, but we will always keep you informed.

Vehicle usage

Vehicles are for lawful use only. Smoking, alcohol consumption inside the vehicle, and carrying illegal items are strictly prohibited.

Governing law

Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
